The cardiovascular center offers all varieties of lavishness and relaxation, complete with health drinks and light refreshment. If I want to do my cardiovascular exercises and relax in a jacuzzi, I'm effectively guaranteed a private facility in which to unwind. There are massage therapists on hand all the time of night and day, as well as a fitness instructor who will get together with you up to three times per week, if you desire it. They also provide more unconventional types of health therapy at the aerobic facility, such as cleansing and fasting, acupuncture and meditation. And just because it's a cardiovascular center, that does not mean that it isn't equipped for anaerobic exercises.
