Jacquie was identified at work as a very conservative human being who had an outstanding attendance record. Jacquie expressed her thanks to the Human Resources director for his practical and encouraging words and then took the elevator to the organization's employee's assistance program to discuss her "driving while intoxicated" arrest, her involvement in careless drinking drinking over the past weekend, and her need to hire a "drunk driving" lawyer to represent her "driving while intoxicated" case. After hearing Jacquie's narration, the healthcare professional that was part of the employee's assistance program described Jacquie's immediate "game plan" that she needed to address and follow.

First, she would have to take a DUI class to learn more facts and information about "driving under the influence". Second, she would also have to attend and alcohol abuse class to address her probable drinking problem. And lastly, it would be an especially wise thing to do if she were to meet with a DUI Attorney about her DUI arrest.
